If I'm not on the road for work, I read to and say prayers with my children morning and evening to bookend our day. The habit is instilled so deeply now that they do it even when I'm traveling. For me, I exercise every day in whatever way I can fit in.

Good stuff, guys. I especially like this from logangrantgray:

I take about 15 minutes each morning, ideally before sunrise to step outside and simply listen as the world wakes up. I walk off the back porch and let myself digest the quiet before the day asserts itself. The air is usually cooler, the noise is minimal, and it gives my mind a chance to settle and prepare for what’s ahead.

I haven't taken 15 minutes each morning, but I've spent some time on the back porch in the predawn darkness. It reminds me of the time I spend in the blind during hunting seasons when I think about all that's possible. Great daily discipline.
This I could do and yes, it does evoke the feeling of being out hunting, waiting for the dawn and watching the world wake up. It's one of my favorite parts of hunting

I read my bible, pray, take ashwagandha, and pick up my house. The ashwagandha is for my family, the rest is for me.

One Year Bible. I was late to the game. An older, much wiser man recommended it for years before I started. He was correct.
